Honourable Challenges
For honourable challenges to be made, you need to find the correct reasons to challenge. We have listed 4 points of Honour, in which to base a challenge on. There are broad ranges and gives you ample room to get creative!
1.Injury Of Property- Regiment Wise this could be Uniform or Regiment Home
Good Example Soldier A challenges Soldier B because My regiment home bares the scars of muddy footprints you created, instead of forcing you to clean it with my sword to your back, meet me in battle honourable!
Bad Example - Soldier A challenges Soldier B because you killed my mascot. (reason for this being bad RP is the mascot returns to life after a short period of time, so this is not realistic.)
2. Insult to person- regiment wise this would be either an insult to your person as a soldier, or to the regiment as a whole.
Good Example- Soldier A challeges Soldier B because of your degrading insults to my swordmanship, let us meet on the battle feild and let your blood be testimony to my skills!
Bad Example- Soldier A challenges Soldier B because you insulted me by calling me a drunk! (reason this is not a good challenge, because being a drunk is an insult to your personal character, not a regiment matter.)
3. Injury to person- regiment wise any physical attacks not done in honourable duel can be reason to challenge. *jumping etc* This only counts if regiment enemies are the insulter. If another attacks, that would be a personal challenge.
Good example- Soldier A challenges Soldier B because of your backhanded and cowardly attack on me while i was unawares, Will you be as brave to face me while i focus my complete attention and sword on you?
Bad example- Soldier A challenges Soldier B because you injured me and thus won a city quest. (reason this is bad example, Headbands and Flags Quests you are supposed to battle and injure each other)
4. Defending the honour of another- regiment wise this would mean a great injustice to a fellow regmate,
Good Example- Soldier A challenges Soldier B because you and your cronies seen fit to gang up on my regmate, dare you face me one on one with honour?
Bad Example- Soldier A challenges Soldier B because you challenged my Captain! (reason this is a bad example, if challenges are honourable, there is no loss of honour on the captain's part, even if he lost the challenge.)
